CompanyMaps

I’m very proud to announce CompanyMaps, our latest productivity tool! CompanyMaps will give you an easy overview on all your offices to quickly locate people, find empty desks for new employees and can contain any objects such as printers, restrooms and meeting rooms to make your every day simpler.

It runs on every modern browser like Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari. So everyone in your company can just use it – no installation required.

 

Some more technical insights:

  • Easy integration: Synchronizes with your Active Directory (AD), so IT can quickly assign an employee to a desk
  • Rich information: All information from the AD can be displayed on the map, such as phone numbers or mail addresses
  • Visibility: Pictures may be added to immediately recognize the person you are looking for
  • Minimal requirements: Server runs on any machine with PHP and MySQL
  • No cloud service: runs completely on your internal network, so no data is exposed to the outside
